Sending form-submitted data to an email address using ASP.NET requires significant coding steps -- it is not something you can point-and-click your way through some control to accomplish.

Jim Cheshire of Jimco Software has put up an excellent video tutorial on accomplishing this task, and also makes available  the code that is needed. You can download his code and make the slight modifications needed to personalize it for your situation.
